About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to join our team at a multinational tech client in Sydney, NSW. As a key point of contact for facilities operations, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, coordinating events and meetings, tracking invoices, and processing mail and packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform office opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Answer and transfer calls, providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Greet guests and maintain a guest sign-in system, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met, building strong relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Maintain the professional appearance of the work environment, including the kitchen area and stock cupboards.
  • Handle shipping and receiving functions, tracking incoming packages and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Document and advise the manager of any equipment or furniture requiring maintenance.
  • Procure common office supplies, requisitioning items through the system.
Requirements
  • Experience in a receptionist, facilities, hospitality, or customer service role.
  • Recent graduates looking to enter the corporate world.
