About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Assistant/Receptionist to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing room bookings, and coordinating events.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and action room bookings, catering, and audio visual requests
- Assist on the national switchboard
- Provide composed and solution-focussed support to clients, visitors, and stakeholders
- Meet and greet clients and staff, providing a highly professional experience
- Customer-facing service, taking orders and operating the point-of-sale system accurately
- Restock inventory, monitor stock levels, and inform the Head Barista to place orders for supplies as needed
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, snacks, and meals to staff and clients
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Set up and arrange boardroom furniture and facilities according to client specifications
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is highly desirable. You will also possess intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite and be able to adapt to changing requirements and needs.
