We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Alice Springs, NT, Australia. As a senior member of our projects and construction team, you will provide coordination and support to project managers, ensuring timely delivery of construction projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution, from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as providing technical guidance and support to subcontractors and site personnel.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, combined with a deep understanding of construction processes, schedules, and budgeting. Experience working in a similar capacity or holding relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be advantageous.

This position requires a manual driver's license and a valid NT Construction White Card (or interstate equivalent). A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or project management, or other relevant discipline, is desirable. Five years' relative experience in construction, operations, maintenance, or engineering is essential.

You will also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interpret technical information, and generate reports. Strong interpersonal skills, including mentoring and coaching, are highly valued. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering results-oriented solutions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits that include a comprehensive health insurance package, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
