Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Contact Centre Consultant to join our team in the Tourism division.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests across Victoria. You will be working in a fully remote environment, with flexible working hours and location.

The role involves handling inbound and outbound guest communication through various channels, including phone, email, SMS, and live chat. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to guests' needs and concerns, and ensuring that the quality of service meets agreed customer experience standards.

You will also be engaging with guests to promote and up-sell our services, supporting our Caravan Parks, Holiday Parks, and Wellness Centres with securing and managing bookings, and developing positive relationships with guests to provide a great guest experience.
