  • Responsible for converting online enquiries to sales

Requirements:

  • Guest-Facing Experience: Previous experience working directly with customers
  • Excellent Verbal Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with guests via phone, email, SMS, and live chat
  • Proficient Use of Computers and IT Systems: Familiarity with computers and software systems used in the workplace
  • Solution-Focused: Ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions to problems
