Junior Property Manager

We are seeking a driven and passionate Junior Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our Property Management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-end properties, providing exceptional service to our clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management of a portfolio of high-end properties, ensuring timely and efficient service to our clients.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties, including ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections.
- Ensure rent collection and minimize arrears, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proactive communication with tenants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with the Property Management and Leasing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Prior experience in real estate is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- A willingness to learn and desire to progress your career in Real Estate.
- Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with occasional Saturday open homes.
- Competitive salary up to $70K.
