Junior Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Management: Assist in the management of a tidy portfolio of properties, ensuring timely rent collection and minimizing arrears.
- Maintenance and Repair Coordination: Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to tenants.
- Inspections and Reporting: Conduct thorough inspections (ingoing, outgoing, routine) and maintain accurate records, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain proactive communication with tenants, property management, and leasing teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless operations.
- Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license is essential for this role.
- Real Estate Experience: Prior experience in real estate is advantageous, but not essential. We are open to candidates with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are crucial for success in this role.
