Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Property Manager to join our team. As a Junior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, coordinating maintenance and repair requests, and ensuring rent collection and minimization of arrears.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of 60 properties, expected to grow to 100 within 6 months, ensuring timely rent collection and minimizing arrears.
  • Maintenance and Repair Coordination: Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to tenants.
  • Inspections and Reporting: Conduct thorough inspections (ingoing, outgoing, routine) and maintain accurate records, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Maintain proactive communication with tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with property management and leasing teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license is essential for this role.
  • Real Estate Experience: Prior experience in real estate is advantageous but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are required for effective communication with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Learning and Development: A willingness to learn and desire to progress your career in real estate are essential for this role.
