About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your specialist experience and provide Navigation expertise during the development and delivery of training to Royal Australian Navy (RAN) Officers of the Watch. Working in a small but focused team, you will enjoy the intrinsic rewards of training output and the support of a global services company.
Key Responsibilities
As a Navigation Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Providing Navigation expertise during the development and delivery of training to RAN Officers of the Watch
Utilizing your specialist experience to support the development of training materials and programs
Collaborating with a small but focused team to deliver high-quality training outcomes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
The highest levels of personal integrity and behaviour
A Platform Endorsement and Bridge Watchkeeping Certificate on any major/minor warship
Proven experience as a Navigator or Principal Warfare Officer
Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to show initiative and work effectively under pressure
Flexibility around shift rosters
