Sous Chef Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to lead our culinary operations. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will oversee daily activities, manage staff, and ensure consistent food quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in managing and training a diverse kitchen team.
  • Implement and manage Food Safety Plans.
  • Prepare and cook menu items as per cooking guidelines and set standards.
  • Work in conjunction with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus.

The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent), have experience working in a pub/bistro fast-paced environment, and be well-versed in all kitchen areas with hands-on experience.
