About the Opportunity:

Are you an accomplished chef with a passion for culinary excellence and leadership?


A high-performing kitchen is seeking a skilled Culinary Team Leader to drive precision, consistency, and teamwork in our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily operations of your section, supervising Commis and Demi Chefs.
  2. Plan and execute mise en place (MEP), ensuring smooth service.
  3. Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to Omnia's standards.
  4. Monitor stock levels, check deliveries, and assist with ordering.
  5. Train and mentor junior chefs, guiding techniques and standards.
  6. Maintain high levels of kitchen hygiene and food safety (HACCP, FIFO).
  7. Ensure cleaning schedules are followed consistently.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Will Have 2+ years' experience in a high-end restaurant environment.
  2. Strong understanding of section management and kitchen operations.
  3. A passion for culinary excellence and consistency.
  4. Team leadership and mentoring ability.
  5. In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
