Senior Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Culinary Director to drive the success of our premium dining experiences at Marvel Stadium. As a key leader in the culinary department, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service quality, efficiency, and innovation across diverse cuisines and service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-performing kitchen teams across premium function spaces and à la carte restaurants, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional dining experiences.
  • Develop innovative menus that reflect current food trends, meeting guest expectations for quality, presentation, and safety standards.
  • Oversee high-volume culinary operations, including catering and managing stock control, to maintain financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent excellence in food quality, presentation, and safety standards.
  • Support strategic planning and menu development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in high-volume, fast-paced culinary environments.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to mentor and develop kitchen teams across diverse service formats.
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu development, stock control, and cost-effective kitchen operations.
  • Sound budgeting skills and proficiency with business technologies, including stock and accounting systems.
  • HACCP knowledge and appropriate culinary qualifications essential for maintaining food safety standards.
