Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to helm our Sydney store as a Team Leader.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages is a key responsibility of this role.
  • Maintaining sales targets and meeting KPIs will be an ongoing challenge and opportunity for growth.
  • Providing exceptional customer service through efficient handling of walk-in, email & telephone enquiries is crucial.
  • Sales opportunities should be maximised through upselling & cross-selling.
  • Monitoring and actioning all relevant mailboxes daily is essential.
  • Accurate and comprehensive product information must be maintained to deliver and generate sales.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry is required.
  • GDS experience is essential.
  • Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure are necessary.
  • Ambitious and highly motivated individuals with proficient organisational skills are desired.
