Future Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our leadership team as a Future Team Leader. As a key member of this team, you will play a vital role in driving business success and making our customers' travel dreams come true.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cruise holidays and a proven track record in customer service and sales. You will be responsible for quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages, ensuring that performance targets are met and exceeded, and maximising sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.

  • Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
  • Ensure that performance targets are met and exceed monthly sales thresholds
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
  • Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes on a daily basis
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver and generate sales
