Job Title: Leadership and Travel Professional

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill a key leadership role within our travel team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding the sales team towards achieving exceptional results in cruise bookings and packages.

About the Role
  • Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
  • Maintain accurate product information to deliver and generate sales
  • Support and handle walk-in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
  • Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
  • Minimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
  • GDS experience
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
