Team Leadership Opportunity

As a Team Leader, you will have the chance to lead a dynamic team in the cruise industry.

  • Quoting, booking, and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring accurate product information
  • Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities
  • Monitor and action relevant mailboxes daily
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver excellent sales results

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales-driven environments
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail or wholesale, preferably in the Cruise or Travel Industry
  • GDS experience and strong focus on details
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and organized individual
