Cruise Ship Staff Manager Job Overview

As a key member of our team, the Cruise Ship Staff Manager is responsible for ensuring that all onboard activities and events are executed seamlessly, providing an exceptional experience for our guests. The role involves coordinating entertainment, sports, and recreational activities, as well as facilitating children and teen programs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Host and emcee onboard entertainment activities to engage and entertain guests throughout their cruise.
  • Coordinate and lead various sports and recreational activities to promote a fun and active environment.
  • Facilitate and organize children and teen activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Provide guest services and support, including answering inquiries and offering information about ship amenities and schedules.
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of onboard events and parties, including themed nights and welcome aboard events.
  • Lead shore excursions and guide guests on cultural, adventure, and sightseeing tours at various ports of call.
  • Oversee the safety and conduct of guests during activities and events, ensuring compliance with ship policies and safety protocols.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to event planning and execution, including scheduling and inventory management.
