Cruise Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our cruise operations in Sydney. As the ultimate point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering personalized cruise experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Quoting, booking, and invoicing cruise packages.
  • Strategizing to meet and exceed sales targets, optimizing revenue growth.
  • Providing exceptional customer service via walk-in, email, and telephone channels.
  • Fostering cross-selling opportunities to drive additional revenue streams.
  • Maintaining accurate product information to ensure seamless customer interactions.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing environments with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • An ambitious and organized individual with excellent task management capabilities.
