Senior Living Operations Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Living Operations Manager to lead our village services and foster a culture of resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in front-line operations management, strong people and stakeholder skills, and a passion for building customer engagement and KPI improvement.

  • Foster a positive and welcoming environment for residents, promoting open communication, professionalism, honesty, and positivity.

The role involves taking ownership and leading daily operations, managing a small team, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the highest level of service is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations of village services, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and KPI improvement.

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including residents, family members, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in front-line operations management, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Strong people and stakeholder skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships.
  • Able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
