Live Music Venue Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-energy live music venue. This involves managing a team across multiple bars and event spaces to deliver exceptional hospitality and unforgettable live music experiences.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing rosters and wage costs, ensuring compliance with liquor and licensing laws, and driving service standards, guest experience, and venue presentation.
- Operate with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
The successful applicant will have 3-5 years' experience in a senior hospitality leadership role, preferably in high-volume bars or live music venues. Strong operational and financial management skills are essential, along with knowledge of RSA, licensing, and WHS compliance in Queensland.
