About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Living Operations Manager to lead our team and drive excellence in resident care.

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a senior leadership role in a luxury 5-star facility located in North Sunshine Coast, Queensland. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered to residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve excellent clinical outcomes and quality of life for residents
  • Oversee facility management, financial management, human resources, and service contract management
  • Maintain strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience at a Site Manager level in Aged Care or related services environment
  • Proven knowledge and proficiency in documentation, ACFI funding, and quality improvement
  • AHPRA current registration with no restrictions
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
