This full-time role is based at our Woolloongabba premises, Brisbane, Queensland. Select AV BNE is growing with an exciting project pipeline for 2025/26 and ongoing investment into premises, hire assets and fleet renewal. We specialise in corporate live events and are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who is technically minded with excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's moving parts. You will ensure that all processes and systems are efficient, effective, and optimised to meet business goals. Working in lock step with Crew Control, Warehouse and the technical team, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, lead with empathy, and think laterally at all times.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in live events and operations management, in a fast-paced environment with the ability to react
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a technically minded crew
  • Fleet management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to analyse data and develop action plans to address areas for improvement
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
