Senior Living Community Director

Our organization seeks a dedicated Senior Living Community Director to lead our dynamic team in a senior living community.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of community services, including maintenance and gardening standards, financial performance, safety, and security.
  • Enhance resident satisfaction by fostering a dynamic and inclusive community built on professionalism, mutual respect, and open communication.
  • Own compliance process for the community by performing scheduled audits, checklists, and administrative activities.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, residents, families, visitors, staff, contractors, and supplies.

Requirements
  • Previous operational experience working in senior living essential.
  • Customer service and managerial experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage workload, achieving objectives.
  • Collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary team members.
  • Confident communication style with a supportive and compassionate nature.
  • High level of financial literacy and sales process focus.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques to attract consumers.
