Senior Living Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Living Operations Manager to oversee daily activities and enhance resident satisfaction at our villages.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, including maintenance, financial performance, safety, and security standards.
- Community Building: Foster a dynamic and inclusive community by promoting professionalism, mutual respect, and open communication among residents and staff.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Own the compliance process for the village, performing scheduled audits, checklists, and administrative tasks to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, residents, their families, and visitors to build strong relationships and address concerns.
- Prior experience in retirement living is essential.
- Excellent customer service and managerial skills are highly regarded.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) is required.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively is necessary.
- A collaborative and effective approach to working with multidisciplinary team members is required.
- Confident communication style with a supportive and compassionate nature is needed.
- Excellent verbal and written skills are essential.
- A high level of financial literacy and strong sales process focus is required.
