Graduate Territory Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Graduate Territory Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our Customer Development/Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships within a designated territory.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop a range of diverse customers through your ability to build and maintain strong relationships and to influence key partners.
- Manage your own territory autonomously day to day, with support from an experienced management team and close contact with your peer network.
- Develop your insights and experience into the competitive Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry by:
- Using category insights to increase share of space in-store and optimise ranging of our products on the supermarket shelf.
- Selling permanent and temporary displays into all customers.
- Ensuring efficient coverage of your entire store network.
**What We Offer**
All of the tools required to succeed will be provided, including an iPad and a fully maintained company car. You will also be part of a comprehensive induction and training program.
