We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Graduate Territory Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our Customer Development/Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase share of space in-store and optimize ranging of our products on the supermarket shelf
  • Sell permanent and temporary displays into all customers
  • Ensure efficient coverage of your entire store network

You will be supported by an experienced management team and will also maintain close contact with your peer network. Our comprehensive induction and training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

As a Graduate Territory Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your insights and experience into the competitive Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Many of our Customer Development/Sales team members began their careers in this role and have gone on to become Colgate-Palmolive executive leaders across various functions.
