Job Description

The Senior Legal Expert will be responsible for providing legal advice and documentation for Lovisa Australia and other countries as required. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and negotiating legal agreements, including leases, commercial contracts, service agreements, joint venture and franchise agreements
  • Coordinating ancillary matters and documentation, such as bank guarantees and fitout contributions
  • Maintaining legal document registers and trackers
  • Assisting with managing legal disputes and litigation
  • Liaising with external lawyers on matters

The ideal candidate will have approximately 5-8 years' experience in an in-house legal retail environment, with a focus on leasing. A current legal practicing certificate and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.
