We are seeking a talented Chief Commercial Strategist to join our Coles Group team.

About the role:

The successful candidate will lead the development of our business growth strategy, identifying and executing opportunities for expansion through partnerships, organic growth or acquisitions. This includes managing the creation and delivery of strategic business plans, maintaining knowledge of current market conditions and providing advice to senior executives on relevant business opportunities.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, preferably within the consumer or food sectors. You will possess excellent relationship and communication skills, interacting effectively with senior executives, as well as proven skills in financial modelling, interpretation of legal agreements and commercial terms, strategy development, and retail business understanding.

What we offer:
