As a Senior Homeware Store Manager at Bed Bath N' Table, you will have the opportunity to partner closely with our Assistant Store Managers to manage all aspects of business operations whilst providing expert home styling advice and leading by example to drive outstanding financial results.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience, with a competitive bonus structure and additional remuneration for public holidays.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced retail professionals to join our passionate and talented teams in Sydney as a Floating Store Manager. You will be working across different store locations within Sydney to cover periods of annual and long service leave, as well as any Management vacancies, so flexibility to travel is required.

We currently operate with a minimum of two team members during shifts, to allow us to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your role will involve managing all aspects of business operations, including sales, stock management, and employee development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced/high-volume retail environment
  • A passion for homewares and vested interest in Bed Bath N' Table
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High visual merchandising standards

  • A unique rotating fortnightly roster with one weekend (Sat & Sun) rostered on then the following weekend (Sat & Sun) rostered off. This is in addition to one weekday rostered day off each week.
