Job Title: Service Delivery Manager NSW Managed ServicesBe a Leader in Our Team

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Service Delivery Manager. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact and be part of a dynamic and growing organization.

Job Description:

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of projects and services across multiple squads. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and dependencies to ensure timely completion of projects and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage the end-to-end delivery of projects and services
  • Manage Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and big room planning
  • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress
  • Effectively manage inter-team and cross-departmental dependencies and timelines to ensure projects remain on track
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Senior Iteration Manager or Delivery Manager role across a portfolio or program
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC and software development life cycle
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups
