Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Service Delivery Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of clients and leading a high-performing national team of support technicians.

This position combines service excellence, team leadership, and operational oversight. You will contribute to the end-to-end service experience for our clients, ensuring SLA adherence and supporting day-to-day operations.

You will work closely with internal teams such as Dispatch, Projects, and Client Services to ensure service delivery is seamless and aligned with client needs. This includes handling escalations, working directly with clients, and being the first point of contact.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience liaising directly with customers, a deep understanding of ITIL-based service delivery, and structured, high-quality client service. They will also possess outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a pod (a high-performing national team of support technicians) to deliver exceptional service to a portfolio of clients
  • Contribute to the end-to-end service experience for our clients, ensuring SLA adherence and supporting day-to-day operations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client needs
  • Handle escalations and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Requirements

  • Techincal knowledge and skills in ITIL-based service delivery
  • Solid experience in customer liaison and account management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
