Senior Operations Leader Wanted

Talent Focus is searching for an experienced Senior Operations Leader to spearhead the strategic delivery of high-quality care services in Western Australia. This role involves leading a team of Area Managers across Greater Perth, fostering strong partnerships with school communities and driving business growth.

  • Establish and maintain organisational policies prioritising child wellbeing.
  • Guide Area Managers in rostering, staffing and service delivery, ensuring centres run efficiently daily.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with principals, families and community stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular quality reviews and compliance checks, addressing gaps promptly.
  • Develop and monitor service budgets, focusing on cost control and sustainable growth.
  • Coach leaders to boost enrolments and maximise revenue without compromising care standards.
  • Ensure legislative and audit requirements are met.
  • Stay abreast of sector trends and best practices, sharing insights with your team.

Requirements

  • Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood, School-Age Education or Community Services.
  • 3-5 years' senior leadership experience in similar settings.
  • Proven ability to mentor multi-site leaders and lead change effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of WA regulatory frameworks and National Quality Standards.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and financial acumen.
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
