Job Description:

The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in the delivery of operational services, ensuring that strategic objectives are translated into operational capabilities. The post holder will lead operations delivery teams and be accountable for the national delivery of Operational services to meet customer expectations.

The successful candidate will have experience of delivering against key targets and customer service standards, as well as leading large-scale and complex testing operations. They will also be responsible for maintaining effective plans and procedures to ensure staff comply with technical and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include providing leadership by influencing, directing and guiding staff to support the delivery of objectives. The Operations Manager will also be accountable for ensuring their network delivers against operational standards, quality expectations, service levels and business plan targets.
