Are you a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Professional looking for a challenging opportunity in Western Sydney?

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at Nepean Private Hospital, a modern 109 bed facility providing a wide range of health services to the local community.

The successful candidate will provide organisational and administrative support to the General Manager (GM) and Director of Nursing (DON), enabling them to execute their roles efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing diary management, liaising with internal, external and international personnel regarding complex diary and meeting management;
  • Coordinating executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, drafting correspondence, overseeing the creation of documents, minute taking and distribution of minutes, various reports and presentations;
  • Maintaining an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents;
  • Assisting with recruitment with the T&A team;

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our fast-paced, high energy executive professional environment, supporting internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in an Executive Assistant or Executive Administration role;
  • A TAFE/Certificate – Diploma level qualification in Business Administration or related discipline;
  • Advanced computer skills in IT systems, including MS Office;
  • Previous Executive Assistant experience in a hospital/healthcare environment (desirable);
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • High-level attention to detail, including in written materials;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • High level of confidentiality;
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team;

In return, we offer a competitive salary package of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
