Job Summary:

Visy is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Service Delivery Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through effective issue resolution and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing directly with customers via email and inbound calls to resolve issues and answer queries.
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls and handling customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Actioning and resolving service requests, investigating escalations and service failures in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining the accuracy of customer databases.
  • Making outbound calls to customers to provide updates on investigations and claims.
  • Building and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Providing timely resolution of customer enquiries and issues related to the Container Deposit Scheme.
  • Assisting the smooth running of the service team by performing general administrative duties and data entry tasks.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
