Job Description

We're currently seeking an experienced Home Sales Specialist to join our team at one of our beautiful display homes in Echuca and Moama. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for facilitating the purchase of new homes from initial enquiry to contract issue.

Your primary focus will be on selling new homes by generating and managing potential sales leads. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating home purchases from initial contact to contract completion
  • Maintaining the day-to-day running of the display home, ensuring it's always presentable
  • Establishing new sales networks to increase sales opportunities while accurately recording lead details
  • Supporting strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Providing exceptional customer service

Please note that our sales team may occasionally work at other display homes.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in property sales or commercial, industrial, or retail leasing
  • Strong sales experience, preferably in new home sales or similar
  • Experience achieving and exceeding set sales targets and KPIs
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and self-motivation in your approach to work
  • The ability to build rapport and trust quickly and easily
  • Understanding of delivering exceptional customer service across diverse customer groups
  • Solid IT literacy, specifically with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and access to a motor vehicle are highly desirable
