Electrical Network Planning Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Network Planning Manager to join our Access & Outage Planning Team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and delivering scheduled outages, ensuring safety, compliance, and minimal disruption to our network.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team to manage outage schedules and coordinate network access
- Promote a positive, productive work environment through mentorship and coaching
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, including customer notification protocols
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Monitor and maintain high performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets
- Support continuous improvement of network accuracy and customer experience
- Contribute to data accuracy and risk mitigation in all planned outages
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing within the Access & Outage Planning team
- 5+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position
- Strong understanding of electricity distribution networks and compliance standards
- Problem-solving skills and experience managing complex challenges
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with industry safety standards, including the Code of Practice on Electrical Safety
This is a full-time opportunity based in Melbourne, Victoria, with a hybrid split of 3 days in-office and 2 days working from home. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the delivery of safe, reliable, and efficient energy solutions.
Benefits- Competitive salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum
