Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Network Planning Manager to join our Access & Outage Planning Team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and delivering scheduled outages, ensuring safety, compliance, and minimal disruption to our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to manage outage schedules and coordinate network access
  • Promote a positive, productive work environment through mentorship and coaching
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, including customer notification protocols
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Monitor and maintain high performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets
  • Support continuous improvement of network accuracy and customer experience
  • Contribute to data accuracy and risk mitigation in all planned outages
  • Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing within the Access & Outage Planning team
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position
  • Strong understanding of electricity distribution networks and compliance standards
  • Problem-solving skills and experience managing complex challenges
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with industry safety standards, including the Code of Practice on Electrical Safety
About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity based in Melbourne, Victoria, with a hybrid split of 3 days in-office and 2 days working from home. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the delivery of safe, reliable, and efficient energy solutions.
