About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Support Administrator to join our Technology & Projects team at Equity Trustees. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional IT support and ensuring our systems run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support across all IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Manage and resolve service requests and incidents efficiently, utilizing your strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows environments.
  • Conduct essential system monitoring, procurement, and reporting, upholding and ensuring compliance with IT security and organisational policies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar Service Desk support role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft platforms and ITSM principles, with a strong understanding of IT service management best practices.
