{"Responsibilities": "As a key member of the Farm Credit Services team, the Regional Lending Manager will be responsible for leading the business development, marketing, and public relations efforts for their region. This includes directing and supervising the business development, marketing, and public relations teams, as well as overseeing all branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loan administration, servicing, and collateral valuations, with a minimum of five to eight years of experience in a similar role. A bachelor's degree in business administration, ag economics, agriculture, finance, or a related field is required. The successful candidate will be able to read and communicate effectively, with excellent skills in judgement, leadership, initiative, and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* 50%: Retention, Business Development, and Fee Income

\t* RVA Fee/FRS Income

* 25%: Sound, Quality Loan Origination and Effective Loan Administration

\t* Achieve LAE score of 85/10/5 (per Region)
\t* Maintain past due maturity at 1% or less (per Region)
\t* Maintain credit quality at 95% acceptable plus OAEM and less than 5% adverse per Region

* 25%: Oversees All Branch Operations

\t* Maintains operating expense budget (per Region)
\t* Manages all areas of region (sales, loan review, branch assistants, general operations)
\t* Ensures appraisals meet quality standards as per annual appraisal review

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, ag economics, agriculture, finance, or a related field
* Five to eight years of experience in loan administration, servicing, and collateral valuations
* Excellent skills in judgement, leadership, initiative, and organization

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of laws, regulations, principles, and procedures in credit practices in the Farm Credit System
* Knowledge of management principles and procedures
* Knowledge of credit training principles and practices
* Complex problem-solving and decision-making skills
