Job Summary

Farm Credit Services is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our Farm Credit Express team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with dealerships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to local Association FCE Relationship Managers to enhance dealer networks and drive sales growth.
  • Dealer Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with dealer customers throughout the district through collaborative joint calls with Association FCE Relationship Managers.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and provide recommendations to maintain FCE's competitive edge in the marketplace while minimizing risk and maximizing margins.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review the activities of FCE Relationship Managers and provide feedback to local Association management to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Customer Service: Collaborate with other FCE management to provide exceptional customer service to participating associations and participate in program-level communication.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the agricultural equipment industry and competitors, providing an annual analysis for the FCE Business Plan.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, or Finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or lending environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal relations, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to employ diplomacy and tact when interacting with customers and prospects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer applications, financial databases, and spreadsheet software.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and travel overnight independently as required to meet with assigned associations and dealerships.
