Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in residential and investment lending
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise
  • Strong customer focus and ability to effectively network to build customer and community connections
  • Financial savvy, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with great presentation and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude and desire to be part of a productive, supportive, and collaborative team environment
