Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Job Summary:

Corin Group is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, and Western Australia. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic business plans to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Develop and foster a high-performance culture through leadership and management of the sales team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, motivating, training, and development of staff.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Create and implement new and existing product sales and pipeline plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Manage and facilitate the attainment of new business while maintaining current key client relationships through disciplined opportunity management and key account management processes.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Corin Group's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion of Corin Group's presence in the market.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales performance reports and analysis to the Commercial Director ANZ, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in orthopaedic sales, with prior experience and knowledge working within hip or knee replacement essential.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading, motivating, and directly managing a sales team, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Business Acumen: High level of business acumen, with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, and the ability to liaise with high-level surgeon opinion leaders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and time management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
