We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Director to lead our Victoria business operations. Key Responsibilities

**Finance and Performance**

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue, gross profit, and operating profit margins.
  • Manage the State's profit and loss statement, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and respond to business performance metrics, including utilization rates, realization rates, and resource planning.
  • Set and manage budgets in consultation with the CEO and CFO.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial results and respond to inquiries from the CEO and executive team.

**People and Capability**

  • Implement organization structures to maximize performance against financial, technical, and human resource goals.
  • Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate the team to achieve organizational and personal professional development goals.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, including employment, education, training, employee development, communications, compensation, benefits, record management, employment and industrial relations, organizational and resource planning, and change management.
  • Maintain adequate resources by assisting with recruitment efforts, monitoring team billability, identifying training needs, undertaking performance evaluation, and building effective team dynamics.
  • Interact with colleagues in a positive, solution-focused, and collaborative manner to engender a harmonious environment.
  • Participate in senior leadership meetings and provide updates and reports as directed by the COO and CEO.
  • Support Regional Managers in identifying and addressing underperformance within the technical services and implementing strategies to address.

**Marketing and Business Development**

  • Collaborate with Technical Directors/Principals to identify market opportunities and maintain a sufficient pipeline of forward work.
  • Identify potential new market areas and assess their compatibility with the company's strategic plan and ability to generate a return on investment.
  • Work with the Clients & Markets team to identify sales and marketing priorities to grow the sales pipeline and enhance NGH's reputation and position in the market.
  • Deliver client and market strategies through active participation in brand initiatives, thought leadership initiatives, campaign activations, and other measures that build NGH's reputation and position in the market.
  • Assess the value of marketing, business development, and promotional opportunities on a cost-benefit basis.
Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Regional Director with:
