About the Opportunity
We are seeking a self-motivated and professional Director to join our high-performing team in the VIC Client Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding clients and business partners throughout their lending journey, developing authentic long-term relationships, and identifying business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients and business partners to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow our client base and increase revenue.
- Work closely with our lending team to determine suitable lending solutions for clients and submit lending applications.
- Build and maintain a strong network of external referral sources to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with our wealth management team to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry changes to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our clients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Recent experience in a similar role within private banking, wealth management, or a related field.
- Experience in residential and commercial lending, including complex lending structures.
- Existing relationships with high net worth clients and business partners.
- A demonstrated ability to develop new relationships and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field, such as commerce or business.
