We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to drive business outcomes and build strong partnerships with our enterprise clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to own a portfolio of high-value clients, driving adoption and ensuring they get the most out of their platform investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow client revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement digital shelf programs and drive transformation within the client's organization.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with senior stakeholders to demonstrate value, progress, and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients through change management processes and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Capture feedback, surface enhancement requests, and collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a CSM or similar post-sales role in a SaaS environment.
  • A proven track record of managing enterprise clients and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in (or working closely with) the FMCG, liquor, media, or brand/ecommerce side of business.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage expectations, deliver on commitments, and adapt to change.
  • Experience with media platforms is a plus.
  • A team player who's happy to collaborate with peers in Customer Success, Sales, and Tech.
