Claiming Officer Job Description

This role involves ensuring accurate setup of participant budgets in alignment with available NDIS funding.

Key responsibilities include managing the claiming process, investigating and rectifying claiming variations as needed, overseeing weekly claiming, reconciliation, and liaison with the NDIA to resolve missing revenue and rejected claims.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of accuracy and competency in the NDIS price guide, along with an understanding of the NDIS Provider Portal and processes.

Requirements:
  • NDIS worker check and Working with Children clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Must satisfy all visa requirements for working in Australia.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment in Accounts or Finance.
  • High level accuracy and competency in the NDIS price guide.
  • Understanding of the NDIS Provider Portal and processes.
