Global Compensation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our remuneration analysis efforts. This role will suit someone with strong technical expertise in HR, accounting, Excel (including PowerQuery), and the analysis of remuneration and economic data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct annual reviews of remuneration packages across 100+ overseas locations.
  • Apply actuarial data and market intelligence to recommend adjustments in complex environments.
  • Maintain and enhance the remuneration analysis model, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and ease of use.
  • Manage data inputs, documentation, and methodologies to support audit-ready decision-making.
  • Lead procurement and integration of market data from external providers.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to incorporate local context into salary outcomes.
  • Oversee survey coordination across global locations, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
  • Provide high-level strategic advice and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
  • Represent the department in professional engagements and collaborate with internal and external experts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in remuneration analysis, HR, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including PowerQuery, with the ability to maintain and enhance data models.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and apply it to strategic decisions.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement experience in challenging and diverse environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, defensible advice.
  • Current NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory.
