The role of Senior Remuneration Analyst is a key position in the Human Resources Section, supporting the client's global remuneration and compensation analysis. The successful candidate will deliver actionable insights on global pay and benefits, driving decision-making, policy development, and remuneration strategy across multiple regions.
\\Key Responsibilities\
\
- Conduct annual remuneration reviews for locally and overseas engaged staff
- Analyse salary scales, benefits, and market data to provide accurate, defensible recommendations
- Maintain and enhance the Agencies remuneration analysis model (Excel/PowerQuery), ensuring accuracy and usability
- Manage procurement and integration of remuneration and economic data from external suppliers
- Ensure data quality, documentation, and audit compliance for all remuneration decisions
\Required Skills and Qualifications\
\
- Relevant tertiary education in HR, business, or analytics
- Previous experience in global remuneration, compensation analysis, or a related HR/People Analytics role
- Experience in market benchmarking, salary structuring, and benefits analysis
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Advanced Excel and familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar)
- Ability to interpret complex data and provide insights to senior stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

This is a contract/temp, full-time role with a 12-month duration and possible 2 x 12-month extensions. The successful candidate will be required to hold a current Australian Government NV1 or higher Security Clearance prior to commencement.
