The workers compensation claims specialist role involves managing a portfolio of claims and ensuring that everyone receives the support they need to recover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Claims Management: Proactively manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims in accordance with state laws and policies.
- Resolution Facilitation: Facilitate resolution of workers compensation claims with a focus on engagement between injured team members and the business.
- External Service Provider Coordination: Co-ordinate and manage external service providers and gather information from stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong understanding of customer service and experience engaging customers in difficult situations. You should also have 2+ years of claims management experience in workers compensation.
