Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychology or a related field, with experience in workplace rehabilitation and injury prevention. You will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans that support their return to work and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans to support their return to work
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the rehabilitation process
  • Provide education and training on workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation best practices to promote a culture of safety and wellness within organizations
  • Monitor client progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE SUCCESSFUL OUTCOMES
